Anne is an Idaho-barred attorney whose practice primarily focuses on civil litigation.
She recently served as a law clerk for the Hon. B. Lynn Winmill and the Hon. Candy W. Dale for the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. While clerking, Anne worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law teaching Civil Procedure.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, where she won the Best Overall Advocate in the McNichols Moot Court Competition and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. During law school, Anne served as Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review, and as a legal research and writing teaching assistant. She also served as a summer law clerk to the Hon. Cynthia K.C. Meyer of Idaho’s First Judicial District.
Anne is an active member of the Idaho Bar. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Idaho Women Lawyers, on the Leadership Committee for Access to Justice Idaho, and is a Law Student Mentor for the Federal Bar Association.
Anne spends her free time working to bring her 1960s ranch house back to its glory days, cooking meals for family and friends, and getting out into the great Idaho outdoors as much as possible.
