As an attorney, Audrey advocates for those who might not otherwise have a voice. She found a natural path to litigation, combining her mission to make a positive impact with her analytical skills. Driven by Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote, “For our own success to be real, it must contribute to the success of others,” Audrey dedicates herself to uplifting both her clients and colleagues.

Audrey graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. Never backing down from an opportunity, she served as the Idaho Law Review’s Symposium Editor, Moot Court Board’s Vice President of Briefs, and a teaching and research assistant. She was also an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus. Not surprisingly, Audrey graduated with a number of awards including the McNichols Moot Court Best Overall Advocate, the Pro Bono Extraordinary Service Recognition, and the Alumni Award for Excellence (to name a few).

Audrey comes to Smith + Malek with experience in state and federal law. During law school, she interned in Washington D.C. for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and at the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. After graduation, she worked as a law clerk at the Idaho Court of Appeals. Audrey’s dedication to service has remained strong throughout her professional career. She currently volunteers for the Idaho Food Bank and Attorneys for Civic Education.

When she’s not in trial or at the office, Audrey enjoys playing with her two dogs, baking, brushing up on her piano skills, and skiing with her fiancé.
