With a life-long goal to make a positive impact on everyone she meets, Jessica, “Jess,” is our Coeur d’Alene based client experience specialist.
She joined the Smith + Malek team to gain knowledge and insight on how to support her community in whatever complex situations they might face.
Before joining our team, one of Jessica’s biggest career accomplishments was working her way to become a buyer at one of the largest online clothing companies in the country. This hard work paid off and provided Jessica the opportunity to travel across the U.S. and meet inspiring and creative people.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Jessica outdoors with her two daughters, Reese and Baylee. She’s a huge fan of live music and combines her passion for exploring new places and music by traveling all over the world to see live shows!
