Kimberly is a Boise-based attorney licensed to practice in Idaho and California. Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from Boston University, where she spent a semester studying at Oxford University. She then attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she received her J.D. 

Prior to joining Smith + Malek, Kimberly dedicated her career to public service, serving as a prosecutor in both California and Idaho. For the past six years, Kimberly represented Idaho’s largest municipal corporation where she specialized in risk management, litigation, and employment and labor law. 

Kimberly takes a practical approach to the law. She enjoys strategizing with her clients and distilling complicated information into workable solutions. She knows that time is valuable and she helps clients navigate the legal system and solve problems quickly so they can get back to running their businesses. 

Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family. She serves as a Commissioner on the Garden City Planning and Zoning Commission.
