Meg McManus’s goal is to make the lives of the firm’s healthcare attorneys easier by helping manage tasks and organize client and team meeting schedules to keep everything and everyone on track, delivering excellence.
Working at Smith + Malek after graduating from college was an easy choice, she says, because she knows everyone on the team has hearts of gold and is truly dedicated to making the community a better place.
In 2022, while attending The College of Idaho, Meg became the first undergraduate intern at Smith + Malek. That summer she helped with new client intake procedures, assisted attorneys in applying for licensure in other states and wowed the team with her work ethic and intellect.
Meg holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and minored in pre-law, criminal justice studies, journalism and human biology. Meg enjoys traveling and was fortunate enough to spend six weeks volunteering after college at a hostel on the southern coast of France. She’s been to 20 countries and has a goal of running a race in all 50 states.
If Meg could rid the world of one thing, she says it would be greed and entitlement. If that’s too tall an order, she’d take away mosquitoes.
