Pendrey is a Boise-based attorney licensed to practice in Oregon and Idaho. A natural problem solver, Pendrey pursued a career in law to combine her passion for helping others with a natural proclivity for public speaking. Placing the puzzle pieces together and guiding her clients through some of their hardest days to a brighter outcome is what makes a career in law fulfilling for Pendrey.
Serving as a prosecutor in Idaho and Oregon for nearly half a decade, Pendrey brings litigation experience upholding justice in her community. This made the transition to civil practice at Smith + Malek seamless as she joined a team that, like her, is dedicated to making the world a better place.
A Lewis and Clark Law School and Linfield University alumna, Pendrey was an active Public Interest Law Project member and a Cornelius Honor Society Member. In 2023, Pendrey was recognized as the Attorney of the Year in the Criminal Division of the Idaho Attorney General’s office.
When she’s not in the office, Pendrey volunteers as a mock trial coach for high school students and sits on the advisory board for the Theta Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi Sorority. You can find Pendrey trying new recipes, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
