Sidney brings to Smith + Malek an extensive background working in people operations and a degree in Paralegal studies. Her motto in life is summed up with her favorite quote from Michelle McNamara: “It’s chaos, be kind.” Sidney’s vision to help make tomorrow better for others and her community makes her a vital member to the team.
When she isn’t at work, you can find Sidney at home with her boyfriend and two dogs, thrifting, or visiting a small town museum. Sidney also has an extensive collection of house plants and is known as the resident plant doctor around the office.

I would live off the grid and be completely self-sustaining.

I would like to serve on the board of a non-profit in my community.

I really admire my dad. He taught me that in order to be successful in life, you must be willing to be wrong, open to changing your opinion, and to always make happiness a priority.
