Katie Daniel is the litigation practice lead at Smith + Malek and specializes in contract and business litigation. With nearly a decade of expertise, Katie is dedicated to supporting small businesses and their leaders to overcome complex legal challenges.

Emily Hutchison Geddes is a transactional attorney licensed in Idaho and Washington. She attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated first in her class, was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence, and was elected Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Law Review.  Emily now serves on the board of the Spokane chapter of Washington Women Lawyers and volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Program.  

Kolby Reddish is an Idaho-based attorney who focuses on civil litigation, appellate practice, municipal law, and taxation. He has practiced law for all three branches of Idaho’s state government. He extends his passion for law, public service, and mentorship as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law, where he teaches and mentors the next generation of lawyers.
