Alaina Harrington is an attorney licensed to practice law in Idaho. Alaina chose a career in law because she wanted a challenging career where she would never stop learning.
Alaina completed law school ranked first in her class and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. Early in her career, Alaina received the Alumni Award for Excellence – both as an undergraduate student and law student – from the University of Idaho. The award is given to students who have displayed exemplary academic achievement and community involvement.
Alaina is passionate about creating a safer work environment for her clients and for her colleagues in the Idaho legal community. As a law student, Alaina worked closely with other Idaho attorneys to propose an anti-discrimination, anti-harassment rule in the legal profession and co-authored extensive briefing before the Idaho Supreme Court in support of the rule. Today, she continues advocacy in this realm as a member of the Idaho State Bar Professionalism & Ethics Section’s subcommittee dedicated to anti-discrimination and anti-harassment efforts.
Outside of work, Alaina spends her time reading, shopping, fussing over her cat, Phoebe, and proudly watching her husband coach boy’s high school basketball in Meridian, Idaho.
